Lower Town Riverfront Conservancy Welcomes Theresa Trevor as Marketing and Program Director

Brodway Park West marketing

Theresa Trevor is the new Marketing and Program Director at the Lower Town Riverfront Conservancy. Theresa is a seasoned marketer whose extensive experience spans the full spectrum of marketing disciplines. Her appointment marks a significant milestone in our ongoing efforts to engage the community and enhance our beautiful natural spaces.

Theresa brings to the Conservancy over a decade of experience in building and leading marketing departments for B2B technology companies. Her expertise encompasses a wide range of areas including marketing strategy, competitive marketing strategy, brand identity creation, sales enablement, and lead generation strategy. Additionally, Theresa is proficient in content marketing, digital marketing, media buying, OTT advertising, social media marketing, event marketing, as well as SEO and PPC.

In her previous roles, Theresa has been instrumental in managing and expanding teams of marketing professionals, shaping company cultures, and establishing memorable, consistent, and differentiated brands. Her ability to handle every aspect of marketing—rather than specializing in just one or two areas—makes her uniquely qualified to lead our initiatives at Broadway Park West.

At Lower Town Riverfront Conservancy, Theresa will spearhead efforts to activate Broadway Park West and keep the community informed and engaged with our progress. Her strategic insights and creative prowess are set to enhance our mission to connect public and private partners with local communities, preserving Ann Arbor’s natural habitat and integrating new landscapes.

We are excited to see how Theresa’s broad experience and leadership will inspire new developments and foster a thriving, four-season destination along the Huron River. Join us in welcoming Theresa Trevor to our team; we look forward to the innovative and community-focused initiatives she will bring to our Conservancy.
