Canvs AI

Canvs AI, the leading AI insights platform for text analysis, today announced breakthrough product updates to deepen consumer empathy, unlock data-driven storytelling, and boost research productivity and happiness. Updates include advances in automated thematic summarization, an enhanced AI Story Assist insight co-pilot, and expanded data integrations, including topic monitoring for X (formerly Twitter). Updates will be available for customers by the end of 2023.

Breakthrough Thematic Summary: Canvs is updating its automated thematic summarization technology, generating an even more-accurate and intuitive quantification of the themes and categories within open-ended consumer feedback.

AI Story Assist “1.0”: Canvs pioneered narrative-first insights discovery with the introduction of its generative AI insights co-pilot. The next update incorporates quantitative citations of key themes in open-ended text, allowing researchers to verify narrative summaries with full transparency down to the individual verbatim comment.

Expanded, “Set-it-and-forget-it” Integrations: Canvs is introducing native support for topic monitoring on X (formerly Twitter) on the Canvs AI Platform and the ability for customers to bring their Facebook, Instagram and YouTube campaigns and accounts into the Canvs platform.

“These latest updates to the Canvs AI Platform reflect our goal of automating insights discovery and unlocking empathetic stories from open-ended feedback, boosting efficiency and the ability to derive nuanced consumer understanding,” said Jared Feldman, Founder & CEO of Canvs AI. “By combining AI summarization with transparent analysis across multiple data sources, we empower insights leaders to move from tedious, manual analysis to statistically-verified insights that unlock storytelling for business impact.”
